This poster uses many images to show (rather than tell) the reader what was being investigated, what was done, what the results were and what the implications of those results are.
The poster is divided into sections that follow logically as the reader progresses. There is just enough text to explain the study but not so much that it is time consuming to read. Notice also how color is used in the text to highlight key points and figure references. A larger version of this poster can be viewed by clicking on its image or here. |

This poster contains nearly the same information as the one above. This version was published in a journal that required that images be kept to a minimum. Therefore, a large amount of text was required to explain much of the information that was easily depicted in the images in the poster above.
This poster looks far less "interesting" and would likely be left to read later if there were other "friendlier" posters yet to read. A larger version of this poster can be viewed by clicking on its image or here. |
