Online Registration
All those who will attend the Symposium must register. Early-registration deadline is 31 October 2011 if you want to avoid the higher fees associated with late registration.
Early-registration fee is $125.00 (U.S. dollars) for regular members and $50.00 for student/low income members.
High income members who earn the equivalent of more than US$50,000 per year are asked to pay $205 for registration.
Late registration (after 31 October 2011) will be $240 for high-income regular members, $150.00 for regular members and $70 for student/low income members.
The registration fees above include the annual membership dues ($ 25.00) to the International Sea Turtle Society (ISTS). If you do not wish to be a member of the ISTS, there will be an additional non-member fee of $25 added to your registration.
The registration fee will be paid on-line (in U.S. dollars) through the Symposium website.
During your on-line registration you will have the option of paying also for tickets to the Welcome Social and the Farewell Banquet.
Credit card payments will only be accepted online.

Volunteers
As with all Symposia, volunteerism will be integral to success of the Huatulco Meeting! Regardless of where you are from or when you plan on arriving in San Diego, please consider volunteering. Cancellation Policy
Please note that you may cancel your registration up to one month before the start of the symposium and receive a refund of your fees. A 10% administration fee will be charged against ALL cancellations. Fees for cancellations requested after 11 February 2012 cannot be refunded.
