Online Registration

All planning on attending the New Orleans Symposium must register. The early registration deadline is 15 October 2013 if you want to avoid the higher fees associated with regular registration. The fee schedule will be announced just prior to the opening of online registration.

The registration fees include the annual membership dues to the International Sea Turtle Society (ISTS). If you do not wish to be a member of the ISTS, there will be an additional non-member fee added to your registration. The registration fee will be paid online (in U.S. dollars) through the Symposium website. During your online registration you will have the option of also paying for tickets to the Welcome Social and the Farewell Banquet.

Letter of Invitation

If you need an invitation letter in order to attend, you can print a letter from the Registration Desk once you have logged in or created an account. If you do not have Internet access, you may request to receive the letter by contacting ISTS Secretary Manjula Tiwari manjula.tiwari@noaa.gov.

Volunteers

As with all Symposia, volunteerism will be integral to the success of the New Orleans Meeting! Regardless of where you are from or when you plan on arriving in New Orleans, please consider volunteering. We encourage both national and international participation. If interested in volunteering at the Symposium please contact the Volunteer Coordinators Kimberly Smelker and Sarah Webb at volunteer.ists.symposium@gmail.com.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that you may cancel your registration up to one month before the start of the symposium and receive a refund of your fees. A 10% administration fee will be charged against ALL cancellations. Fees for cancellations requested after 10 March 2014 cannot be refunded. Please contact the Registrar to cancel your registration (Rick Herren e-mail TBD).
