All participants must register. Registration fees include admission to all presentations on Thursday and Friday, workshops on Saturday and the live auction on Friday night. There is an additional fee for the Welcome Social, Low Country Boil dinner and boxed lunches. T-shirts may be purchased at the time of registration. We will also have t-shirts for sale on site, but supplies will be limited. To ensure that you receive a t-shirt, please purchase one with your registration. Online registration fees can only be paid with a credit card. Alternatively, registration can be paid through snail mail by sending a check or money order, made out to SERSTN, to the following address: Ann Marie Lauritsen
Day Passes will be available for purchase on site. A One-Day Pass, $45, admits you to the main sessions in Grand Oaks, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, and the Exhibitors and Vendors in Magnolia Hall on either Thursday, February 2, 2012, or Friday, February 3, 2012. Half-Day Passes will be available for purchase on site for the Workshops on Saturday. A Half-Day Pass, $30, admits you to the workshop(s) of your choice, the morning coffee, and Magnolia Hall on Saturday, February 4, 2012. Registrants may request a cancellation until December 21, 2011. Please note: A 10% fee will be charged against all cancellations to cover processing costs. There are many restaurants within walking or a short driving distance to the convention campus. However, if you prefer, you may purchase a boxed lunch for Thursday and/or Friday at $17/each. Lunches will include a sandwich, a piece of fruit, a bag of chips, and a drink. (*Note: Boxed lunches will not be available for purchase on site. All boxed lunch purchases must be made prior to Jan 23, 2012) T-shirts are available in small, medium, large and extra large. In order to ensure that you get the size of your choice, please purchase your t-shirt at the same time that you register. We will have a limited supply for sale onsite. We are currently looking for volunteers to fill a number of positions. If you are interested, please contact Rick Herren at (rick@seregturtle.org). In order to expedite the submission of auction items, please download the auction form and turn it in at the registration desk, along with your auction items. You need to submit one form with each auction item. If you have any questions about the silent or live auction, please contact Deb Sobel at (debbie@seregturtle.org). Vehicle entry to Jekyll Island requires a valid parking pass which must be purchased at the Greeting Station upon arrival on the island. This pass gives you access to many of the island's public outdoor areas, including picnic areas, beach parking and access points, playground, soccer complex, historic landmark district, fishing pier, bicycle and nature trails and more. The Parking Fee is charged per vehicle per entry per day. Multi-day passes are available for your convenience and an Annual Parking Decal is available. Bicycles and pedestrians can enter at no charge. Information is subject to change without notice. One Day Parking Pass: $5.00* (tax included). Valid until midnight of the day purchased. Weekly Parking Pass: $25.00 (Valid for one week) Annual Parking Decal: $45.00 (tax included). Valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Passenger Buses And Vans (Carrying 15 passengers or more): $10 (daily rate). *Passenger Vans and Buses are only eligible for daily or annual decals.* |
